Every Tuesday We Write, Party and Grow. Join Us!

You may think your life story up to this point has been written but you can rewrite it any time you choose, at least that's what our Founder, Coach Mel teaches.

Of course life happens over time, but over time something else happens, the ability to process it and grow through the obstacles that found us along life's journey. That's what journaling does for many, it allows them to look back at themselves and the situations they've encountered throughout life and view them from a different perspective; the perspective of a survivor, not someone struggling through the event currently.

That in itself changes a lot, being able to discuss something or look at it when you're not drowning in it surely changes the view.

One of the ways Coach Mel has committed to supporting the Stronger Than My Struggles community is our weekly therapeutic writing workshop, Writing for My Sanity. Writing for My Sanity is an international workshop hosted on zoom free to members of our global community.

The link to join us every Tuesday at 3 p.m. est is posted regularly in our Facebook Writing For My Sanity group as well at the bottom of every email sent out through our mailing list. Have you joined our mailing list yet? If not, click here to join

For those of you who aren't on our mailing list, you can join us for a minimal fee of $5 by signing up on Eventbrite at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/writing-for-my-sanity-therapeutic-writing-workshop-tickets-331920652607
