How Do You Tend To Your Mental Health? Grab This Free Guide.

Lately, I've been called to be stronger than ever. I'm constantly reminded of all the ways I can try to slow down, calm My mind, continue self care through the struggles and other great ways to tend to My mental health. Like many others, I can admit that when I'm at My lowest, those are the last things that I want to do sometimes.

Pulling yourself out of a dark space isn't easy, but it's necessary; in most cases, you're the only one who can. I tend to find that when I need to get back on track, it starts with self-care. When I'm down, I have a habit of letting Myself go, not showering, not eating healthy and then I feel worse, it becomes a cycle.

I was in the middle of one of those cycles when I opened My email and found a checklist from MentalHealthFirstAid.org. It was just what I needed at the time. The guide had a checklist of ways to practice daily self-care, how to practice self-care in the workplace, recognizing the signs of mental health challenges and creating a support system. I realized it was too good to keep to Myself, I wanted to share it with you too.
