The Only Way to Start the New Year, Reflecting on the Prior One.

Hard to believe we rung in 2018 last night, isn't it. How time is flying. Not only did My whole life change in 2017, but 2018 is a milestone yer for Me, My only child turns 18. By the end of the year, I will be entering another phase of My life, person with no minor children. I'm excited, I've seemed to have an interesting life but I've never felt free. I grew up with a sick mother and younger siblings. Within a year of here death and our separation, I was pregnant. At no point in My childhood, nor adulthood have I not had to be partially responsible for someone else. If there is anything I look forward to most in 2018, it is the day I am officially only responsible for Myself. I love myself and won't be abandoning him but there is a mental aspect to that freedom I won't deny.

Over the years, I've maintained a habit of writing an end of the year blog post on one of My sites, 2017, being the best year of My life, was no exception. I just posted My end of the year blog on My long-time writing blog https://sapphirethesexyone.tumblr.com/ Check it out.

In this end of the year wrap up I go over My ups and downs for 2017, there were many more ups than downs for the first time ever. I can confidently say that 2017 was the best year of My life. I also went more in depth about My dating struggles for 2017.

In My last blog post here, I was in a mood and wrote that I felt the guy I was seeing, saw Me as a convenience. After I told you guys, I told him how I felt and tried to cut it off. He told Me he loved Me for the first time. He's said it a few times since. We've decided to continue moving slowly and to not worry about commitment right now. I can deal with that because we openly talked about what we both want and where we stand. I spent most of the day New Years Eve in his arm after being furious about not hearing from him during Christmas. He spent NYE with Me up until it was time for him to head in late night. I'm really looking forward to seeing what 2018 has in store for us.

2018 is going to be an amazing year. Check out My end of the year wrap up https://sapphirethesexyone.tumblr.com/ and follow Me on social media to keep up with My day to day life.
