I grew up with my nose in a book. When my mother wanted to punish me she would take my books from me. Left alone with blank paper and a pen, I would then pour my heart out through poetry. I have journals dating back to my teen years full of my poetry and journal entries.

"Writing for My Sanity" is my first published collection. Some of it reads as traditional styled poetry, some as spoken word pieces.

Each consists of pieces of my soul, bled out in ink onto paper. Ride the roller coaster of emotions with me as I take you on a ride through my turbulent life with my words.
